Shows the person’s head, shoulders and chest clearly and closely
Is an original high quality photo file (not scanned or copied)
Shows the person against a plain background
Was taken clearly and in good lighting (not dark or blurry)

Don’t forget that apps like Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp reduce the quality of images when they store and send them online.
